At Vyom Collection, all our products are custom-made (Print-On-Demand) specially for each customer. Because of this, we follow a strict but fair return and refund policy.
Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Color differences due to screen settings
- Wrong product choice by the customer
Since every product is made specifically on order, returned items cannot be reused or resold.
Refunds / Replacements (Valid Cases Only)
We do offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
✅ Product received is damaged
✅ Wrong product delivered
✅ Manufacturing defect
✅ Poor print quality
✅ Item missing from the order
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To raise a request, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please share:
- Order ID
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Short explanation of the problem
Requests without proper proof may not be approved.
Processing Time
- Request review: 24–48 business hours
- Refund processing (if approved): 7–14 business days
- Replacement delivery: 7–21 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Cost Refunds
- If the mistake is from our side or manufacturing, shipping charges will be refunded.
- If the issue is due to customer error, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds or replacements for:
- Incorrect size ordered by customer
- Minor color variations
- Normal wear & tear
- Delays caused by courier partners
Final Decision
All refunds and replacements are subject to verification and approval after reviewing provided evidence.
Vyom Collection reserves the right to accept or reject any request based on findings.
